Membership Terms
Membership of the African CEO Council is granted on an annual basis and is renewable every calendar year.
Upon approval of membership, members are required to pay the prescribed Registration Fee and Annual Membership Subscription.
Annual subscriptions become due on 1 January of each calendar year and remain payable throughout the membership period.
Membership remains active upon payment of the applicable annual subscription and continued compliance with the Council's Constitution, Membership Charter, and Code of Ethics.
Annual Membership Registration and Subscription Fees
To ensure the long-term sustainability and effective delivery of high-quality programmes and services, the Council adopts a fair and equitable membership fee structure based on the annual gross revenue of CEOs and corporate members.

The Council reserves
the right to review membership fees periodically to reflect changing operational requirements, expanded member services, and strategic priorities.
Multi-Year Membership
To provide greater convenience and encourage long-term engagement, organizations may elect to pay their membership subscriptions for multiple years in advance.
Multi-year subscriptions are calculated by multiplying the applicable annual subscription by the number of years selected.

Organizations choosing multi-year membership benefit from uninterrupted access to Council programmes, long-term planning, and administrative convenience.
Membership Application Process
Organizations wishing to become members of the African CEO Council are required to complete the official Membership Application Form and submit the supporting documentation below:
Additional supporting documents may be requested during the assessment process where necessary.
Upon receipt of the application, the Membership Secretariat will review all submissions to ensure compliance with the Council's membership requirements.

Membership Compliance
Members are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, ethical leadership, corporate governance, transparency, integrity, and responsible business conduct.
Failure to pay annual membership subscriptions for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may result in suspension or termination of membership in accordance with the provisions of the Council's Constitution and Membership Regulations.
Members whose memberships have lapsed may apply for reinstatement upon settlement of outstanding obligations and approval by the Executive Committee.
Limitation of Liability
Membership of the African CEO Council does not, by itself, make any member personally liable for the debts, obligations, commitments, or liabilities of the Council.
Likewise, the Council shall not assume responsibility for the contractual obligations or liabilities of individual members. Membership signifies a commitment to the Council's vision, mission, values, and objectives and to supporting collaborative efforts that advance responsible business leadership, sustainable enterprise, and Africa's long-term economic prosperity.
