The Ghana CEO Roundtable is a high-level, invitation-led forum designed to bring together chief executives, business owners, board directors, government leaders, development institutions, investors, diplomats and other influential decision-makers to discuss the strategic issues affecting enterprise growth, investment and Ghana’s economic competitiveness.

The Roundtable forms part of the African CEO Council’s programme of national CEO dialogues across Africa. It will provide a trusted platform through which private-sector leaders, policymakers and development partners can exchange perspectives, examine emerging opportunities and develop practical recommendations for strengthening Ghana’s business and investment environment.

The programme will feature keynote presentations, moderated executive conversations, expert panels, policy and investment discussions, networking sessions and a concluding executive communiqué. Selected discussions will address:

• Ghana’s economic and business outlook;
• Private-sector growth, investment and access to capital;
• Intra-African trade and opportunities under the AfCFTA;
• Public–private collaboration and regulatory reform;
• Infrastructure, energy and industrial development;
• Digital transformation and responsible artificial intelligence;
• Corporate governance, board leadership and institutional resilience;
• Sustainability, ESG leadership and responsible business practices; and
• The role of Ghanaian enterprises in regional and global markets.

WHY YOUR PARTICIPATION IS IMPORTANT

Ghana CEO Roundtable will provide a platform for public-private sector knowledge and experience sharing and peer interaction. Institutional perspectives will also help enrich the deliberations and contribute to the practical outcomes of the Roundtable.

Participation will provide delegates with an opportunity to:

• Engage directly with senior business, government and development leaders;
• Contribute to conversations affecting Ghana’s economic and business environment;
• Build relationships with prospective partners, investors and clients;
• Identify emerging business, trade and investment opportunities;
• Gain strategic insights from distinguished speakers and fellow participants;

• Contribute to the recommendations contained in the Ghana CEO Roundtable communiqué.

PARTICIPATION OPTIONS

Invited CEOs and their organisations can participate through one or more of the following options:

1. Nominate the Chief Executive or another senior executive as a delegate;
2. Register a group delegation comprising senior executives or board members;
3. Participate as an institutional or strategic partner;
4. Support the programme through an appropriate sponsorship category; or
5. Nominate a suitably qualified executive for consideration as a speaker or panellist.

The Roundtable is expected to host approximately 60–80 senior decision-makers. Participation is subject to confirmation and payment of the applicable delegate registration fee. Because places are limited, we encourage your organisation to communicate its interest at the earliest opportunity.
